I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help me. My ground floor room was spacious with a very good power shower. The views from the breakfast room were stunning, and the food, especially at dinner, was exceptional.

We loved the friendly staff and warm welcome. The hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. There was ample parking, and it was conveniently located close to the main roads.

The picturesque views from the bar area added a delightful touch to my experience, making it an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Eden Valley.

The cleanliness was top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed dining in Bistro 1871, as the dinner menu was excellent with a good wine selection. The breakfast service was superb, offering a relaxed atmosphere without overcrowding, making it perfect for a peaceful morning.
