I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, as it boasted excellent cleanliness and friendly staff who went above and beyond. The location was perfect, being just a short walk from the train station and the charming city center. Breakfast was impressive, offering a good variety, although they could improve the bacon! Room service was impeccable; my room was always left spotless and organized nicely.

I had a great stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located close to the train station and offers easy access to Florence and the city center. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to accommodate my needs, including providing a cozy setup for my dog. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of delicious options, and I appreciated the cleanliness and unique artwork around the hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety of options, and the location was perfect as it was very close to both the train station and the city's historic center, making it easy to explore. The parking right in front was a huge bonus, and the riverside view from my room added to the experience.
