We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the well-kept apartments. The location was fantastic, with easy access to KLCC and Pavilion shopping malls, offering plenty of activities within walking distance. The hotel facilities, including the three balconies in the 2-bedroom executive apartment we stayed in, were top-notch. The staff was friendly and efficient, making our check-in process a breeze.
