The staff, particularly Yahyah and Sezgin, were incredibly friendly and genuinely went out of their way to make my experience comfortable. The terrace view was breathtaking, offering stunning panoramas of historical landmarks and the sea, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable.

The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport and a variety of delightful restaurants nearby. My room on the sixth floor offered stunning views of the Bosphorus, and the breakfast selection was satisfying.
