I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, as the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The cleanliness was top-notch, making everything feel fresh and welcoming, and the hotel facilities were impressive, especially the pools and kids’ areas. Reservations at the Caprice restaurant were a breeze thanks to their efficient service, and the food was exquisite, particularly the unique presentation in the Italian restaurant that added a fun touch to our dining experience.
