The cleanliness was top-notch, and the facilities were amazing, with multiple pools and stunning gardens. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Breakfast under the trees, surrounded by singing birds, was a lovely way to start my day. The split-level grounds, complete with a pond and fountains, made the experience even more enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the resort was impeccable, and we especially appreciated the tranquil atmosphere at the El Bernegal restaurant, where David took excellent care of us during breakfast and dinner. The facilities were top-notch, and the helpfulness of Pedro, Alina, and Samantha added to our delightful experience.
