We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit. The room was surprisingly clean and spacious, allowing us to move around comfortably. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the town center and close to the beautiful River Ness and its surrounding churches. the breakfast served at the hotel was lovely.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the city center and right across the road from the beautiful River Ness. The hotel had recently refurbished public areas, which were elegant and in-keeping with the building. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was top-notch, with everything in high standard. The staff were lovely, from the friendly receptionists to the helpful housekeepers. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner was a delightful meal where I felt truly looked after.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the girl with blue hair and the waiter with redish hair and glasses. The room was big, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The jacuzzi bath was amazing and we loved using it every night. The breakfast was lovely and efficiently done. The hotel's location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the town center and the beautiful River Ness walks. We also enjoyed the superb outside area, with its great atmosphere, music, and comfy seats.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Inverness. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful upon my arrival, making me feel welcomed right from the start. The location of the hotel in the center of town was perfect, as it was just a 5-minute walk to the castle and the city center. The parking facility on-site was a huge convenience for me, as I had my own vehicle. The room itself was spacious and bright, thanks to the large bay window. The bed was so comfortable that I had the best sleep of my entire holiday.
