The breakfast had a variety of options for vegetarians. The staff was exceptional, from the security to the receptionists. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation and a grocery store.

The check-in process was quick and smooth. The staff welcomed us with refreshing cold drinks, which was a nice gesture after our long flight. The hotel facilities were clean, and we especially enjoyed the spa cum swimming pool and the cafe on the 7th floor. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the center of the business district, making it convenient for business travelers. The breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious, with a great variety of dishes. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to assist us, whether it was helping us with our luggage or even escorting and assisting my wife at 3am in this city.

The room was amazing, with great TV channels for movies. The breakfast buffet was great, and we enjoyed having the pool to ourselves in the morning. The spa experience was fantastic, with a full body Swedish Massage and a helpful voucher from the receptionist. The staff, especially Hassan, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even helping us get to the airport earlier than planned.
