The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially Barbara at reception, who assisted us with a special birthday setup. The facilities offered a perfect retreat, and we had a lovely time relaxing by the pool and jacuzzi. The restaurant provided delicious meals, and we found the atmosphere cozy for enjoying evening drinks.

We loved our overnight stay in the Semple Suite, as the hotel was impeccably clean and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience truly enjoyable. Breakfast in the Plumpy Duck restaurant was exceptional, and the leisure area with its armchairs and coffee table provided the perfect spot to relax.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The place was spotless and the staff were friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the spa facilities, which were just the right size and not overcrowded. The food was delightful, especially the afternoon tea and cocktails were superb.

The soft play area kept our little one entertained, and we loved being able to order from the Plumpy Duck restaurant while we relaxed there. Breakfast was fantastic, and the spacious rooms with comfortable bedding added to the comfort of our experience.
