I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was really clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a kettle, fridge, fan, and hairdryer. The location was perfect for me, as it was in a quiet area but still close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. The information provided in advance was accurate and the self-check-in process was easy. The owner Jeremy was really welcoming and helpful, providing great tips and information. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. This hotel is located in Kemp Town, which is a lovely part of the city with a village atmosphere and plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The location was perfect, just a block away from the sea and close to shops, bars, and restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and they were cozy and well-maintained. The self-check-in process was unique and convenient, and the communication with the host Jeremy was excellent. The complementary welcome pack with treats made for a delightful morning surprise. I also appreciated the assistance provided by Jeremy, especially in arranging the parking permit. I had a great time and would love to return.

The hotel facilities were impressive, including the comfortable bed, useful small fridge, and the thoughtful complimentary snacks and bottles of water. The location was perfect, just a block away from the sea in Kemptown, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The hotel's communication was excellent, with regular emails and phone calls providing exceptional aftercare.

I had an incredible stay at this guest house. From the moment I arrived, everything was hassle-free. The self check-in process was a breeze, and I was able to easily access my room with the secure key in the key safe. Speaking of the room, it was beautifully decorated, with fresh air flowing in through the open windows. The hotel went above and beyond with the little extras they provided. Not only did they have the standard amenities like towels and toiletries, but they also stocked the fridge with bottled water, fruit juice, and even chocolate bars! They even had snacks like crisps and cereal, along with bowls and spoons. I was pleasantly surprised to find a moving fan that could blow hot or cold air. The warm welcome from Jeremy, the owner, made me feel right at home.
