The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Renim and Canan. The breakfast offered a great selection, and I was impressed by the cleanliness throughout. The spa experience was the highlight for me; I enjoyed my first Turkish bath and a fantastic massage. Plus, the view of the lake from my room was breathtaking.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where the cleanliness was impeccable and the staff were incredibly friendly, particularly Renim and Canan, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed the unique tea served during tea time. The hotel also features great facilities for children, including an entertainment center that kept our kids engaged throughout our visit.
