I was impressed with the cleanliness and facilities. The breakfast overlooking the pool was a delightful start to the day. The staff went above and beyond, like when Taka from the front desk helped us during a rainstorm.

I loved the greenery surrounding the hotel, giving a rainforest feel. The location was ideal, close to everything - a short drive from the Esplanade and the airport. The staff were exceptional, always greeting with a smile, going out of their way to assist with luggage and room directions. The facilities were great, with comfortable beds, a great shower, and direct pool access. The hotel's two restaurants offered fine dining options, and the Thirsty Flamingo served fantastic coffee.
