We enjoyed the hotel's excellent location near Old San Juan, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great balcony. The on-site amenities like the beach, pools, hot tubs, and hammocks were fantastic. The friendly staff promptly resolved a mix-up and provided us with complimentary drinks and Wi-Fi. Being able to upgrade to an oceanfront suite for a small fee was a nice bonus.

The hotel's staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out procedures were seamless. The pool area was fantastic, and the garden with wildlife added a charming touch to the ambiance. The ice cream shop was a delightful find with delicious food and a warm, friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The outdoor area was perfect, with ample space near the pool and sand. The Super Bowl experience with the outdoor screen was impressive. The location was prime, close to major attractions and highways. The spacious room provided a fantastic view of the shoreline and cityscape. The helpful and friendly staff, including Efrain, Ariel, Josue, and Beny at the bar.
