The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities. The location was perfect, just a short taxi ride to the city center, making it easy to get to the Echo Arena. We enjoyed a lovely complimentary breakfast that set us up for the day.
