I had an incredible stay at the hotel, as the staff truly made me feel welcomed and special, especially Madhurima Roy at reception and the breakfast manager. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout my visit, and the hotel facilities were top-notch, including a fantastic buffet breakfast that fueled my day. The location is very convenient for exploring the nearby MG Road and Church Street, plus their transportation service was prompt and efficient.
