I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel in Chipping Campden. The room was not only comfortable and stylish, but it also had thoughtful touches like pillows with different firmnesses. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially towards my elderly dog who was allowed to stay in my mum's room and even join us in the bistro during breakfast. The gardens were absolutely stunning and provided the perfect spot for enjoying a relaxing drink. The breakfast was delicious, with creamy scrambled eggs and quality smoked salmon, and the dinner in the bistro was outstanding, with a separate menu for vegans and vegetarians. The service throughout my stay was exceptional, with attentive and friendly waitstaff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were comfy and the rooms were great and larger than expected. The bathroom was huge with a twin tub, which was a nice surprise. The white company complimentary toiletries were appreciated. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spa that was relaxing and tranquil. The gardens were beautiful and it was lovely to have a balcony with a garden view. The staff were all friendly and the location was outstanding, right on the market square. We enjoyed sampling gins in the bar and the restaurant breakfast and dinner were fabulous. We also liked that there was underfloor heating in the bathroom. The hotel also had a nice touch with the gardens at the bottom of the grounds, where we enjoyed a couple of drinks.

We loved the friendly staff and the beautiful location. The hotel had easy access to restaurants and places to visit. Parking was also easy to find. The hotel had a beautiful garden and the spa, although small, was excellent.
