I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the location was ideal, being near the city center and just a short distance from the striking cathedral. The staff were exceptionally gracious and went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request, which I truly appreciated after a long flight. My canal room was not only clean and modern but also very spacious, providing a lovely living area where I could relax by the window and enjoy the peaceful scenery.
