The staff at this hotel couldn't do enough to help me - they were genuine, kind, cheerful, and happy. Gemma was particularly helpful and provided great advice and directions. The room I stayed in was lovely and quiet, with a fantastic view towards York Place. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept well both nights. The location of the hotel was ideal, right next door to the Theatre and surrounded by lots of lovely restaurants and takeouts. It was also very convenient if you're planning to see a show at the Playhouse theatre. The breakfast provided was very good, and I had a peaceful and restful night's sleep due to the quietness of the hotel. Additionally, the hotel was very clean, and the staff were excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Parking was convenient, and the hotel was well connected to transportation options. The location for drinks and snacks at the East End of the city was ideal. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to major sites by foot or tram. The secure parking at the nearby multi-storey was quick to book online. We didn't need our car during our stay as the hotel was well placed. The rooms were functional and comfortable, with a great bed and shower. There were numerous restaurants within walking distance, and our favorite was a family-run Italian restaurant opposite the hotel.
