We loved the hotel's location, which was just a short walk from the subway and airport limousine station, making our travels effortless. The staff were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. We also appreciated the cleanliness of our room and the nearby dining options that weren't as crowded as other areas. the amenities and facilities exceeded our expectations.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the location was fantastic, being right across from the Kintetsu Osaka Uehonmachi Station and surrounded by various shops and restaurants like Kura Sushi. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with dinner reservations and offering amenities on the reception floor. The room was impressively clean and spacious compared to other hotels I've stayed in, and I was pleasantly surprised by the high-end facilities like ReFa shower heads and hair dryers.
