I had a fantastic stay, as the hotel was spotless and well-maintained. The staff, especially Rajan, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me early check-in. The location was perfect, nestled in a leafy suburb, providing a serene atmosphere while still being close to great transportation options.

The hotel was very clean and cozy. The location in leafy West Hampstead was picturesque, with plenty of cafes nearby. It was also easy to find and just a short walk to the tube station. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our arrival smooth and pleasant.
