I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect for my travels, right at the M5 services. I also enjoyed the excellent breakfast options.

The location is fantastic, right next to McDonald's, Costa, and WHSmith, making it really convenient. I appreciated the spacious free parking at the motorway services, which was a huge plus for me.
