I had a great experience at this hotel, especially thanks to the welcoming staff. Jackie, who checked me in, was incredibly friendly and even made sure my room was warm and inviting upon arrival. The room itself was spacious and clean, ideal for my needs after a long journey, and I appreciated the location within the motorway services area, which made grabbing a meal convenient. the thoughtful gesture of leaving a small bag of Haribo on the bed was a delightful surprise.
