We were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities, as everything was impeccably maintained and felt quite new. The location down the River Dee valley provided a serene backdrop, perfect for relaxation. the staff were exceptionally friendly, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. We also enjoyed the range of hotel facilities, including the games room and the playground for kids, which added to our overall enjoyment.
