The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top-notch. The rooms were excellent, although the bath was a bit high for me as someone under 5 foot. The hotel's location was fantastic, with two lovely pubs nearby and it was also great for accessing the nearby racecourse. The staff were all friendly, approachable, and accommodating. I especially appreciated the helpfulness of the cleaning staff.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The location, right opposite the racecourse, was perfect and made it convenient for me to attend the balloon festival. being close to the town centre meant there were plenty of good pubs to explore. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh produce and eggs that were clearly very fresh. the staff, cleanliness, location, and breakfast were the standout features of my stay.

The pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were excellent for unwinding at the end of the day. The hotel's location on the outskirts of the town was convenient, with a bus stop nearby that provided regular transportation into town. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to a wonderful pub, near the city centre, and right next to the racecourse. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with housekeeping paying attention to detail and replenishing everything daily. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped gym, a small pool with a sauna and steam room, and plenty of lounge beds around the pool. The staff, especially Tracy at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in any hotel, and the food at night, particularly the sea bass, was also very good.

The location of the hotel was also ideal, as it was close to the center of this city, making it convenient for exploring the area. the hotel offered free parking for residents, which was a pleasant surprise.
