Immaculate room, fresh towels and products left outside the door. Friendly and welcoming staff. Nice open plan reception and lounge area. Helpful and polite staff. breakfast. Clean and modern interior. Convenient location for transportation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was lovely. The shower in my room was beautiful and the air-con system worked excellently. I enjoyed spending time in the relaxing seating area, overlooking a pond with geese. The ample parking and convenient bus stop outside the hotel made getting around the city easy.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The shower was excellent and the evening meal was really tasty. The bed felt like a cloud, and the kettle in the room was very clean and well stocked. We were impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and modern design. The location was convenient, as it was close to the tram stop that took us into the city centre. Additionally, the hotel had ample parking and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly the breakfast team who went above and beyond to assist us.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel was very clean and modern, with nice big and fluffy towels. The staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. We were even upgraded to a King room, which was a nice surprise. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of choice. the hotel facilities and staff made our stay exceptional.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was modern and comfortable, with an amazing stand-up shower. We slept peacefully both nights and enjoyed a drink in the bar before bed. The hotel had a great selection and a lovely setting. We were pleasantly surprised to find a gym and loved the duck pond/moat at the front. Parking was excellent and the location was perfect for us, with easy access to transportation and good quality restaurants within walking distance.
