The room was lovely and spacious, with a large queen-sized bed and crisp white bed linen. The view over the canal was stunning, just as I had requested. The location was excellent, right next to the train station and within walking distance of bars and shops. The staff at reception were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I also appreciated the hotel facilities, such as the gym and sky lounge.

The staff were exceptional, especially Miguel at reception, who provided a warm welcome and excellent service. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
