We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were fresh and clean, and the bed was comfortable with a great selection of pillows. The hotel facilities, like the lounge with free snacks, tea, and coffee, were an unexpected but very welcome addition to our stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to the Gloucester tube station and a variety of eateries, stores, and museums within walking distance.

The hotel was conveniently located near Gloucester Road Tube Station, providing direct access to Heathrow Airport and the Knightsbridge area. In addition, it was situated next to the Post Office, which was a useful tourist service center. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, with comfortable beds and all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a couple of nice touches like welcome cookies and a call to ensure everything was okay in the room.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. It is located in a clean and quiet area, directly across the road from Gloucester Road tube station. This made it extremely convenient for us to explore the city and visit all the attractions. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms that had impressive attention to detail. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially with our children. They even brought them toys and made us feel welcome. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious. the location, cleanliness, facilities, and staff made our stay truly enjoyable.
