I had an enjoyable experience at the hotel, where the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby shopping center and a fantastic patisserie just across the street for delicious coffee and fresh bread. My room was spacious and clean, offering stunning views of the ocean, and I appreciated the breakfast options available at the restaurant.

We were truly impressed with the hotel’s cleanliness and friendly staff, who always made us feel welcome. The facilities were great, especially the refreshing pool and lovely views from our balcony. The location couldn't be better, as it’s right across from the Forum Madeira shopping center, with convenient bus access into town on weekdays.

I loved the hotel’s fantastic location, which allowed easy access to multiple restaurants and shops nearby. The cleanliness was impressive, and it was lovely not to pay extra for air conditioning, which I did use a few times. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. transportation options were convenient, with buses right outside.
