The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pools and the smaller water park on the Island, which kept our kids entertained for hours. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any requests. the transportation was efficient, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas and enjoy excursions.
