The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pools and the smaller water park on the Island, which kept our kids entertained for hours. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any requests. the transportation was efficient, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas and enjoy excursions.

The staff members truly stand out, as they were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. the island area offered fantastic facilities, including a big pirate ship that our kids adored, alongside various dining options that kept us entertained.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, where the cleanliness was impressive and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The various hotel facilities, including the well-maintained pools and the exciting slides, made for an enjoyable stay, especially for my kids. Breakfast offered a nice variety, which helped start our days off right.
