I was impressed by the hotel’s modern cleanliness, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. The location is fantastic, situated conveniently near the underground and within easy reach of popular attractions like Hyde Park. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to help, and the room was comfortable with great amenities, including efficient air conditioning.

The location was perfect too, being close to Hyde Park where we enjoyed winter wonderland festivities, as well as nice pubs and eateries leading to Kensington Gardens. Plus, with easy access to public transport options nearby, exploring the city was a breeze.

I loved the location of the hotel, as it was very close to Hyde Park and only a short walk to the Lancaster Gate tube station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable, which made for a restful night after exploring nearby facilities. Plus, having a good pub right across the street was perfect for winding down in the evenings.
