The cleanliness of the grounds was impeccable, creating a tranquil atmosphere. Each of the seven restaurants offered a delightful culinary experience, with chef Edgar’s delicious Dominican chicken soup being a standout. The beautiful location by the beach also added to the tropical paradise vibe.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, which was consistently impressive, and the staff were absolutely delightful, especially at the bar, with standout service from Jhon, Kendry. The facilities, particularly the pools and beach areas, were beautiful and well-maintained, allowing for ample relaxation time. We enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere during the evening entertainment, which featured some talented live performances that added to our overall experience.

The bar staff were attentive and truly exceptional, with standout service from Jhon and Welch, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The dining options were vast, and I must highlight the delicious Dominican chicken soup prepared by Chef Edgar at Las Olas, which was a delightful surprise.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel, and I was truly impressed by the cleanliness and hotel facilities. The Excellence Club upgrade was worth it, as I enjoyed exclusive access to fabulous amenities and the beautiful beach. The staff went above and beyond, especially Welmie at Cielo and chef Edgar, who served an incredible Dominican chicken soup. I also loved the Spanish lessons provided by the entertainment team, making my experience even more enriching.
