The hotel's facilities were impressive, from the spacious rooms to the peaceful atmosphere. The location, though about 4 miles from the city, offered beautiful views and a calm environment. The free shuttle service to and from the city during the day was a great convenience. The staff was friendly and efficient, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfasts were particularly enjoyable, with a wide variety of options available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly valued. They even made a fuss of our daughter, going the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the fluffy bathrobes and towels provided were a nice touch. The hotel facilities, particularly the gym, were fantastically equipped and a nice space overall. We were also impressed with the stunning view from our room. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, offering peace and quiet in pleasant surroundings. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff serving us were attentive and polite. In particular, we would like to commend the spa manager and his team for their superb customer service, as well as Max and his team in the Italian restaurant who were also fantastic. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The staff were friendly and efficient, making our stay memorable. They even organized a birthday cake for my partner. The food in the Italian restaurant and Kittocks Den was exceptional. The beds were very comfortable.
