We loved the hotel's outstanding cleanliness, breathtaking views, and diverse food options, especially the delightful meals at the Mexican restaurant where we were warmly welcomed by Lupita. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the location was perfect for easy access to the ferry that took us to Isla Mujeres.

The variety of delicious food offered at the restaurants truly impressed me, especially the Italian dining experience, where the service by Jairo was exceptional. the hotel facilities were fantastic, with a beautiful private beach and a fantastic pool area to relax.
