I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, right by the waterfront and near a tea plantation. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I loved the breakfast; it offered a delicious variety of fresh fruits.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel, where the cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff, especially Sampath and the entire service team, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is stunning, with the mountains in the distance and beautiful waterfront views that provided a perfect backdrop. Breakfast was exceptional, and the various activities available, including safaris, made my experience even more enjoyable.
