We loved the hotel's cleanliness and exceptional location, as it was perfectly situated near Union Square, Chinatown, and the Financial District. The amenities were commendable, with plenty of toiletries provided, including shower gel and towels. We also appreciated the attentive staff who genuinely seemed eager to help.
