I loved the incredible location of the hotel, which felt nearly hidden in a lush jungle and offered stunning views. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and I always found them ready to help with any questions or needs. The cleanliness throughout the resort was impressive, and the pools were well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, particularly enjoying the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendly staff who were always available to assist. The breathtaking location offered stunning views, and the beachfront snack bar served the best hamburgers I’ve ever tasted. the variety of food options at the buffet was impressive, ensuring there's something for everyone.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel, largely thanks to the fantastic staff who were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness was noticeable throughout the resort, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. Location-wise, I loved being close to Edalberto in the main buffet, as well as the responsive ground staff who worked tirelessly after a tropical storm to keep everything tidy. The evening entertainment was also a highlight, especially with Ali's fun and engaging presence during the shows.
