The room was cosy and looked great. Location is excellent, walking distance to everything in the city. Close to the bus and train stations. Grocery store nearby. Breakfast was good. Staff, especially Vera, were helpful.

The staff, especially Manuela, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She checked me in seamlessly and provided me with excellent directions to this city from Krakow. The hotel's location opposite the main train station and on tram/trolleybus routes was incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the breakfast provided a wide selection of options to start the day off right.
