The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist even with language barriers, which made communication a breeze. I was also impressed by the cleanliness and the superb facilities, including a lovely public bath and a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from, creating an overall delightful experience.
