The location was perfect, really close to the tram and metro stations. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and had a great variety. My room was clean and comfortable, making it a lovely retreat after exploring.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as its location was perfect for exploring major attractions, making it easy to walk to sites like the Galata Bridge and Sultanahmet's highlights. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, with Najib and Salahuddin constantly going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and appreciated the cleanliness of our room, which included a comfortable bed and excellent Wi-Fi.

I absolutely loved the hotel's location, as it was within walking distance of major attractions and had a tram stop nearby for easy access to transportation. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with local tips and recommendations. Breakfast was delicious, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
