The location is fantastic—just a short walk from both South Kensington and Gloucester Road—and it feels peaceful and safe. The staff, especially Mark, was incredibly kind and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere to meet lovely fellow travelers.

We absolutely loved the convenient location, as it was just a short walk from both major subway stations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the manager. we found the room to be exceptionally clean and spacious, with plenty of common facilities available at all times. Meeting other guests in this calm environment added to our enjoyable experience.
