I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as the location was perfect for my visit to the Jewellery Quarter, and I loved being within walking distance to the Bullring. The cleanliness of my room stood out, and the staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to assist. being right next to the St Paul's tram stop made exploring the city extremely convenient.
