We loved how clean the hotel was and the amazing facilities, especially the heated pools and water slides that our son enjoyed so much. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and Manny at the pool, Cesar at the Saturday night party, and Jimmy at the Ipenema restaurant went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The live music and nightly events kept us entertained throughout our visit.

The pools were fully heated, which made for a delightful experience, and I loved the convenience of no reservations needed for dining, although I did find Toro a bit tricky to get into. Manny at the pool and Jim from the Ipenema restaurant were exceptional, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable and our needs were met. The breakfast buffet really stood out as the best meal of the day!

We had an incredible experience at the hotel, enjoying the cleanliness of the property and the attentive staff who always greeted us with smiles. The pools were fantastic, especially with the small slides for the kids, and we loved the vibrant nightlife with live music and events. Not to mention, the delicious food at the Ipenema restaurant, where Jimmy provided excellent service.
