We had an amazing stay at the hotel, as the location was perfect, right near the beach and charming eateries. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel at home. Our room was tastefully decorated and spotless, with a fantastic view of the seafront. We were pleasantly surprised to find a mini bar alongside a good selection of teas and coffees. Plus, breakfast was absolutely delicious!

The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff, especially Ian and Beverley, were friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were superb, with a great variety and perfectly cooked meals. I also appreciated the secure parking nearby and the convenient location to explore the seafront and nearby attractions.

The breakfast options were delightful, and I particularly enjoyed the full English, which was expertly cooked and beautifully presented. Plus, the location next to the seaside made it easy to explore the charming nearby areas, including St Leonards and the old town, all just a short stroll away.
