I had a fantastic time at the hotel, as the staff were incredibly polite and attentive, and the new spa facilities were stunning and welcoming. The location was so peaceful, making it the perfect spot for relaxation, and the breakfast had plenty of vegan options to choose from. I especially appreciated the bar manager's helpful advice on getting to Kingsholme Stadium and arranging our taxi.

the cleanliness was impeccable, and the spa facilities provided a delightful way to unwind. the parking was free and convenient, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. I particularly loved the breakfast, which was delicious and set a great tone for each day.
