the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. I loved the location, right on the riverfront and just a short walk into the historical city center.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile, especially Toby, Polly, and Bernard, who helped with a key issue. The breakfast was delightful, offering plenty of choice, and my room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean.

I loved the location of the hotel, right by the river and easy to walk to the centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices, and I enjoyed the lovely outdoor beer garden. Everything was clean and well-decorated, making my experience very pleasant.
