I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Karen and Ellie. The location was perfect, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the tourist crowds while still being easily accessible to attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the restaurant offered stunning views along with delicious vegan options crafted by the chef.
