The location was exceptional, just a two-minute walk from Covent Garden and close to the West End, making it perfect for enjoying all the entertainment options. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was quite delightful, with an impressive selection of high-quality produce that fueled my adventures throughout the day.

the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff truly went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The location in the heart of Covent Garden made it easy to explore the area, and I appreciated the nice touches in my room, like the Nespresso machine and a variety of teas. With a lovely ambiance throughout, I found it to be a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing.
