The room, with two Velux windows, was very pretty and had a really nice shower and bathroom. The bed was comfy and the pillows were perfect. The hotel is very clean and well decorated. The continental breakfast had plenty of choices and the dining area was nice. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is great, with beautiful views, only a short walk into town, and close to all local attractions.

During our stay at this hotel, we were impressed with the stunning views facing the cliff face at Matlock Bath. The elevated position of the building ensured that there was no road noise, making it a peaceful retreat. The room was well-equipped with a lovely huge bed and a modern ensuite. We had a peaceful sleep on the nice firm mattress. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The continental breakfast, which was included in the price, was ample and satisfying. the location of the hotel was convenient, with a nice 15-minute walk into the area where eateries are located.
