the location was perfect for accessing various ski lifts, and the ski valet service made everything so convenient. The amenities were well-maintained and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. Breakfast was a delight with stunning views and a fantastic variety of food options to start our day!

We loved the hotel's prime location right on the ski slope, making it incredibly easy to access lifts and runs. The breakfast at Melt was exceptional, providing the perfect start before hitting the powder. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, always eager to help, which greatly enhanced our experience. the onsen was a fantastic way to relax after a long day of skiing, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel, thanks to its fantastic location right next to ski runs and various lifts, making ski-in, ski-out access a breeze. The cleanliness of my room was exceptional, and I was particularly impressed by the staff's attentiveness and friendliness; they truly went above and beyond to ensure my experience was memorable. I enjoyed delicious breakfasts at the restaurant, which set me up perfectly for long days on the slopes.
