The staff was friendly and helpful, and they managed to change my room to a quieter one. The hotel is centrally located, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the high street. It also has a good deal with a nearby car park, providing a discount on parking. The rooms were basic but clean, and there were plenty of facilities for making tea and coffee. The breakfast included in the room rate was great, with a wide variety of choices and regularly topped up.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The check-in was fast and friendly, and the staff member even turned off the AC for us when we requested it. The room was clean and comfortable, and we couldn't hear any noise from the street or other guests. The location was convenient, not far from the city center and close to a major shopping center. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and we appreciate their hard work.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The view of the river from the room's platform was stunning! The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially when I needed breakfast in my room due to my hip issues. They went above and beyond to assist my husband with serving me breakfast. The staff's friendliness and willingness to help really stood out. the hotel's location was perfect for attending a concert at the nearby City Halls & Old Fruitmarket, just an 8-minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel.

The reception staff efficiently arranged a car parking deal for us, ensuring our car was safe throughout our visit. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of food available even during busy times. We also enjoyed the quietness of our room, allowing us to have a peaceful weekend in the city.
